SCOPE:
The scope of this project required that Torres Construction excavate and re-compact the soil to create a new building footprint.

SUMMARY:
This project was challenging because of the excavation depth (22 feet) and it’s proximity to the existing structure, a busy intersection, and a public sidewalk. Special precautions had to be taken to ensure the safety of the general public as well as the office occupants. The project was a complete success and was finished on time, within budget, and with a zero punchlist.
