SCOPE:
Torres Construction performed a complete lighting upgrade for the San Francisco Waste Water Enterprise Treatment Plant - a facility covering 7 acres. The scope of this project required changing out 1600 existing fixtures with new T8 energy efficient lighting fixtures - 1450 were retrofit fixtures and 150 were new fixtures installed in the pipe gallery.

SUMMARY:
The biggest challenge was coping with size of the physical space and the demand it placed on the teams performing the installations.
