JOC reduces unnecessary levels of engineering, design, and contract procurement time along with construction project procurement costs by awarding long-term prime contracts for a wide variety of renovation, repair and construction projects.

Torres performs Job Order Contracts (JOC) contracts that are in most cases, valued up to $10 million each and in 2008, was the highest volume JOC contractor performing work for the Los Angeles Unified School District’s $20 billion school construction and modernization program.
